Hate Crimes and Race Wars At Rolfe Middle School!

UGOTNERVE has just received an updated report from confidential sources that confirm that not only has tension been high at John Rolfe Middle School between the black and white students, but it has also been confirmed that next week, tensions will escalate even more due to the fact that the eighth grade principal, who has admitted that he cannot RELATE to black children being verbally abused with the word NIGGER, disciplined an African-American female student for her reaction to being called a NIGGER by a white male student.  

Based on our reports, no action was taken against the white male student by the white administrator.  In fact, many are saying that Paul Jordan, the eighth grade assistant principal, who was previously accused of giving answers to students during a math test, is protecting the white students as they continue to commit hate crimes, incite riots, and create an extremely hostile environment for all students and teachers.   What is Twice Illegal Armstrong’s response to the issue?  

Staff members and front office staff are quoted as stating that “the students are completely out of control and Mr. Armstrong has no idea how to make Rolfe safe again or to get control back. He should have never been hired to be over children that neither he nor his staff can relate to by their own admission.  We can forget the superintendent and school board doing anything to remove him.  For them, this is about Ms. Lucas.  If they remove Mr. Armstrong, then that means that Ms. Lucas was right and they were wrong.  Fred Morton and the school board would rather have the lives, minds, and hearts of children destroyed than to admit that Ms. Lucas was right when she said over and over again that John Rolfe is not safe and that Armstrong is the wrong person for the job of principal. Spouses of our teachers are begging them to leave the school because it is so unsafe for them.  If it is unsafe for adults, how can it be safe for children.  When adults cannot protect children, then children resort to doing whatever is necessary to protect themselves.  It is not fair to punish children for protecting themsevles when the adults refuse to protect them.  Morton and the board would rather allow a child to be killed before they will do what is right, all because they do not want to Ms. Lucas to be proven right.  They are just plain selfish and heartless bastards for what they are doing because everything that Ms. Lucas has said would happen at Rolfe has happened.  Black students are angry while the white students get away with the hate crimes because Armstrong and Jordan protect and defend them.  This week’s testing was a disaster, the halls are not safe, teachers fear for their lives, students are left to fend for themselves, a race war is brewing among the students, white teachers are allowed to make racist comments without consequence, white administrators admit that they cannot relate to black students, so they cannot help them, all they can do is punish them for lashing out at whites like themselves when they face racial insults, the school has been on lock down for two hours in one day, black male students are being pulled out of the classroom and searched by police dogs.  We are all waiting for the bodies to be carried out of John Rolfe Middle School.  Then, maybe, Fred Morton and the board will stop being so stuck on stupid about Ms. Lucas when she was telling them what was right, they will follow the advise that she gave them years ago, and some one will stop our school from going straight to hell!”

Parents, students, and teachers are terrified at the state of tension at Rolfe Middle School presently.  The predictions of more violence, to the point of possible death of students and teachers, is a real possibility that Mediocre Morton and the Sorry School Board are willing to allow as long as they can continue in their prideful arrogance of  ignorance toward students that they view as less than human, black and poor children that are non-human, worthless, meaningless, and just plain irrelevant to them.

We continue to say that there is a special place in hell for Fred Morton, John Montgomery, Lisa Marshall, Lamont Bagby, Linda McBride, and Diana Winston.  We are predicting that while they are in this special place, they will see the faces of each and every student that they have allowed to suffer……..every face of every child, over and over, ….that will be their torture as they burn in hell in the special place that is set aside just for people like them.

UGOTNERVE has reported on the impact and prevalence of institutionalized racism within Henrico County Public Schools.

THE RACISM IS PREVALENT FROM THE BOARDROOM TO THE CLASSROOM by adults that care nothing for children and families of color.

Well, now the RACE WAR has spilled over into the lives of students in a horrific way.  Reports indicate that gangs of white males students have taken to referring to African-American males as NIGGERS at John Rolfe Middle School.   

One African-American student told the story of how white administrators and teachers have made racist comments and have refused to discipline white students that use racial slurs.  The white principal, Illegal Andy Armstrong, has also refused to discipline white teachers and administrators that use racial slurs or inappropriate comments.  

The entire situation has resulted in an enormous RACE WAR at John Rolfe Middle School all due to the the fact that the leadership of John Rolfe, Mediocre Morton, and the Sorry School Board, refuse to address the issue of racism when parents, students, advocates, educators, and others demanded that they do so.

What has been Illegal Andy’s response?  He placed the students on silent lunch!  How can one deal with the ugly issues of racism that are deep seeded within the minds and hearts of so many by being silent and refusing to address the issue.  Illegal Andy is just following in the footsteps of those that appointed him, Morton and the board.

UGOTNERVE was advised that four Henrico County Police were called to John Rolfe Middle School and no one was permitted to leave the school for nearly two hours while the school was on LOCK DOWN.  Staff quoted Armstrong as screaming, “LOCK DOWN, LOCK DOWN” via the announcement system in the school at approximately one o’clock in the afternoon.  They were also told that there was a search on for possible weapons such as knives or guns that students have brought in order to carry out the RACE WAR.

One staff member described Illegal Andy as panic-stricken, unaware of what to do, and near tears all because he had not addressed the issue months and weeks prior when teachers, parents, and students brought the issue to him.  Others have said that Illegal Andy, Mediocre Morton, and the Sorry School Board have no problem with the hate crimes and racial violence that is going on at Rolfe, so they will continue to keep all as it is.

Is the RACE WAR over at Rolfe…….absolutely NOT!  As one eyewitness student stated, “the black kids are going to kill those white kids before this is all over, we told them this, but they won’t listen.”

This is one more example of Henrico leaders’ ignorance, incompetence, and just plain stupidity when it comes to doing what is right for children.

Parents Want Federal Prison For Henrico’s Board And Superintendent?

Recent reports indicate that a class action complaint has been filed on behalf of parents, students, and educators that have had their civil rights violated by Henrico County Public School officials with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Civil Rights Division.

While the complaint is described as having nearly twenty-five pages, the bulk of the complaint focuses on the allegation that Fred S. Morton, IV, John Montgomery, Lamont Bagby, Lisa Marshall, Linda McBride, and Diana Winston; have engaged in, conspired to, served as accessories before and after the fact regarding the committing of HATE CRIMES against students, parents, and educators throughout the district.

After months of compiling evidence, the parent’s group initiated contact with the Pentagon, which lead to the formal filing of a complaint against the district as reported by sources close to the group.

The complaining group has received a sympathetic and strong advocate within the Pentagon that is supporting the effort to bring the district’s corrupt leaders to accountability and finally bring much needed justice to the thousands of students, parents, and educators that they have viciously raped of their civil rights in an effort to continue their cover-up.

As one parent stated, “we knew that when Bush was removed, we would begin to make headway in our struggle.  President Obama has set the tone and atmosphere for corrupt school leaders like the ones in Henrico to finally be brought to justice by the government instead of having a government that covers-up and protects them while our children suffer.  It feels very good to have someone bigger than them to stand up to them now.  We have waited a long time for this, but it will be worth it all to see the Justice Department, FBI, and other organizations that are being called upon haul every last one of these corrupt people to federal prison for what they have done to our children and our community.  If it can happen in Illinois, it can happen in Virginia, and we don’t mind being the first to push the law to put these people behind bars for their criminal acts against innocent children.  While others are planning civil suits, we are demanding that criminal charges be filed against each one of them for what they have done to our children.  That way, they will have to go where criminals go, to jail!”

We agree, it has been a long time coming, but if finally looks as though the persistent parents are being heard and action is being taken to clean up corrupt, unethical, and just plain incompetent school boards, school leaders, and others.   

Federal prison sounds like the perfect place for them.  A cool 5-10 years in jail would do them well.  We are sure that they will meet bullies even bigger than themselves there! 

UGOTNERVE thought that we would give Mediocre Morton and them a preview of what could be their new home in the very near future……

Of course, they will need to ditch those pictures on the district website and pose for new ones similar to this one….

We don’t think that they will have to worry about safety and security any longer, not that they ever did before!….as long as this is the view from their cell….

UGOTNERVE will not even be able to make fun of their clothes anymore because their attire will be very simple…..

No need to worry, they will get their exercise, which it seems that most of them are in dire need of when one looks at their bulging mid-sections, flabby hips, and wide behinds……

 

The only sad part about the possibility of Henrico’s school leaders finally facing criminal charges and the hope that they will be sentenced to federal prison is that they will STILL BE STEALING MONEY FROM TAXPAYERS FOR DOING NOTHING!!!!

Local Reporter Speaks Truth About Henrico County Public School Leaders

A local reporter in Richmond, Virginia stated that Henrico County Public School officials “cover up everything and accept responsibility for nothing.”

Under the condition of anonymity, the reporter, who has covered Henrico and other school districts for several years confirmed that they have often caught Henrico’s leaders making half-truths and untruthful comments in order to save face and avoid accountability.

The reporter has agreed to testify, under subpoena, for the party organizing the class action suit against the district.

The legal eagles organizing the action are scheduled to call upon over seventy-five witnesses during a jury trial, in order to ensure that the truth is revealed about the extent to which Mediocre Morton and the Sorry School Board will go to cover-up their illegal activities.

We wonder who will get the “lucky ticket” to testify in this historical class action?

Lucas Nominated For “CNN Heroes!”

One of our favorite advocates for children has been nominated for the CNN Heroes award.

Reports indicate that Kandise Lucas was nominated by parents, educators, and community leaders throughout Virginia, and as far away as Chicago, Lucas’ native city.

UGOTNERVE has also received a request to provide any and all postings related to Lucas that document her advocacy an behalf of children and families.  We are all to pleased to oblige.

Last year, Lucas a great deal of exposure, recognition, and appreciation when she took a stand against Henrico County Public School superintendent, Fred Morton, and the district’s school board for neglecting students within majority minority schools.    While she has been an advocate and community organizer for over twenty years, she is best known for her push to hold the district accountable and protecting the education of at-risk students within the district that go ignored by school officials.

“Lawyer Lucas,” as she is known within the community, has recently began pursuing her law degree at one of the top law schools in the nation. Lucas received a full ride for the program, and will, no doubt, be extremely dangerous for the enemies of children when she completes the program.  

She was encouraged to attend law school  by a civil rights leader, following a public hearing in which she “outlawered” a top Richmond attorney.  While Lucas states that she has no formal law training,  she presented an outstanding case that put both, the school district and their veteran attorneys to shame.  She continues to advocate for the educational rights of those that have no voice.

Lucas is already a hero to hundreds of parents, students, and educators.

ANOTHER Teacher Mass Exodus To Hit John Rolfe Middle School

Inside sources report that teachers plan to “run for the hills” in June in an effort to escape the chaos, incompetence, and violence within John Rolfe Middle School.

Several first year educators have confirmed that they will not be returning to the school next year. One stated, “it is not because of the students, it is because of the adults running the school into the ground.”

Another veteran educator stated, “this is the worse that John Rolfe has been in years.  Everyone knew it was coming under Armstrong after last year, but we never thought that it would be this bad for all of us.  We can’t teach. The children can’t learn.  The principal spends most of his time at the high school socializing instead of here.  Central office has sent the school help but no one can help John Rolfe until we have a principal that knows what he is doing and cares about students.”

Sources within central office have confirmed that John Rolfe will most likely not meet SOL standards again this year because of the poor school leadership that they have had for two straight years.  The source went on to say, “the students can learn, but John Rolfe is not being a school for students.  We are sent to help, but the foundation is not there.  We have communicated this and everyone knows it, but no one is doing anything about it because of the politics in the district right now.  Mr. Morton has admitted that the right person is not at John Rolfe to lead it, but he refuses to change that principal because he does not want to admit that he made another mistake.  Unfortunately, he is throwing Rolfe’s children under the bus because he refuses to put his pride aside.  Everyone knows it.”

“We expect that state to take over John Rolfe any day now,” stated one educator. “the parents and teachers have lost confidence in the school leaders because they refuse to do right by Rolfe.”

Well, we knew that Twice Illegally Appointed Andy was not the one for Rolfe.  UGOTNERVE made that prediction over a year ago.  His poor performance of impersonating a principal has caused a great deal of harm to Rolfe’s children and families.  Illegal Andy is a direct reflection on those that hired him, both physically, emotionally, academically, and otherwise…..substandard white males that rely on “white privilege” in order to exploit others for their own well being.

Our readers will recall that when a black woman lead John Rolfe and did half of the poor actions that Illegal Andy did, she was removed within a matter of months.  Morton, the superintendent, made sure of that.

As UGOTNERVE has said time and time again……..advancing “white privilege” is more important than advancing “public education” for Mediocre Morton and the Sorry School Board.

Bagby Flip Flops AGAIN About Disparities…..

In a recent article in The Times Dispatch, Lamont Bagby, the Fairfield District School Board representative, and the sole African-American on the board, reversed his previous public statements during school board meetings by confirming that there are definite disparities between the East and West End Schools in Henrico County.

Bagby, who is known for refusing to take a stand on behalf of the children and families that he was appointed to represent, is said to have avoided “having a backbone” in order to be an advocate for equality for fear that he will make political enemies, which will hinder his future political aspirations.

It is also interesting that the only school board member that can address issues related to people of color is the school board member that is of color.  Despite the fact that a majority of the disparity issues are prevalent within the John Montgomery’s district, Montgomery has yet to value those people of color within this district to even acknowledge the issues.  He chooses to ignore and dismiss it by using his “go get boy”, Bagby, to address the issue for him.

Bagby is also quoted as stating that the board is looking for ideas on how to address the issues of disparities.  Our question is where has Bagby been for the past year when parent after parent, teacher after teacher, student after student, email after email, administrator after administrator, community leader after community leader have come before the board with solutions, but the words have fell on the deaf ears and dumb minds of Bagby and the other board members.

By admitting that there are “REAL” disparities, Bagby has solidified the grounds for a class action lawsuit by East End families, educators, and students.

Lamont Bagby continues to be an embarrassment and disgrace to not only parents, students, and educators of color; but he has shown time and time again that he will DO, SAY, or ACT in whatever way he needs to at any given time depending on the audience.

Rumors have surfaced stating that Bagby is considering resigning due to the stress of being Henrico School Board’s “uncle Tom.”  Sources close to him state that he is not only intimidated by the white board members, but he is terrified of voting against them for fear of how they will react.  There are also reports that Bagby is fully aware of the illegal and unethical activities that are going on among the board members, by the superintendent, and throughout the district, but chooses to remain silent and not challenge the matter; all the while knowing that Henrico’s students, families, and educators are suffering innocently.

HOW DOES HE SLEEP AT NIGHT?  

HOW DOES HE FACE HIMSELF EVERY DAY?  

HOW DOES HE LOOK IN THE FACE OF ANY BLACK,WHITE, OR POOR CHILD?

Hmmmm….we wonder why Bagby is not more terrified of illiterate children, unsafe schools, unequal resources, poorly trained principals, institutionalized racism within the district, sexual violence within the schools, abuse of power by administrators, and much more.

Each days that goes by proves that the entire school board needs to be replaced; not just Bagby!

Is Montgomery Trying To Follow In His Daddy’s Shoes?

We, at UGOTNERVE, love our readers from all over the nation, especially the ones from Bossier City, Louisiana!

We recently received an extremely interesting comment regarding John Montgomery of the Henrico County Public School Board, who is evidently a native of Louisiana.

Montgomery’s daddy, John (Jack)  Willard Montgomery, Sr., was a big time Louisiana state politician and attorney back in the day.

It appears as though John Willard Montgomery, Jr., of Henrico’s School Board, has made every effort to follow in ‘Daddy’s” political and professional footsteps, but has failed to do so here in Virginia because, as our commentator indicated, “John, Jr. has no vision, passion, and is just too goofy!  No one, especially Virginians, wants to have a goofy, deep southern, dry as toast character as a leader.  We are shocked that he even made it to the school board!’  

It seems as though there are many Virginians within Henrico County that agree or John Jr.  would be sitting in the General Assembly Building instead of acting like a “goof ball” on the school board, which seems to have been a last ditch effort for John Jr. to be “somebody” politically.  Thanks to true leaders like the well-liked republican, Chris Peace, and others that have stood against Montgomery Jr. have “rained on his be-like-daddy” parade.  They put John, Jr. to shame when it comes to putting the needs of one’s constituents above the needs of one’s self.

Why Can’t Henrico’s Leaders FINISH Their Education?

We love our confidential sources from central office that are not only becoming sick and tired of the leadership within Henrico County Public Schools, but they are growing more and more frustrated and less tolerant of wannabe leaders that are the direct cause for the failure of Henrico’s children.

The most recent allegation that we received states that Marilyn Royal, the Director of Middle Schools for Henrico County Public Schools, did not have what it took to complete the school’s doctoral program.  As one central office official stated, “it is very difficult to work with and take orders from so-called educators that cannot even be successful at educating themselves.  If people like Royal and Morton, the superintendent, cannot be successful in completing their own educational goals, how can they lead the way for other adults, and most importantly, children, to complete their educational goals?   We have some of the poorest leaders that any school district has ever had.  I recently found out that there is talk that Philip Jepson does not even have formal training in Human Resources, but he is the director of it.’

These allegations definitely explain why Royal, Jepson, and Morton cannot do the job for which they have been hired.  The answer:  THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED!  And Henrico’s children are following in the footsteps of these leaders who have reportedly NEVER finished their educational programs or just DROPPED OUT!

One would think that Henrico County Public School’s children and families matter enough to have qualified people over them, but we guess that this is not the case.

Reports Of Henrico Police Officer Assaulted At John Rolfe

Over a year ago, UGOTNERVE first reported the dangerous conditions at John Rolfe Middle School for the students and teachers.

Well, the violence has escalated to the point that, reportedly, a Henrico County Police Officer was assaulted at the school, forced to go the hospital, and received several stitches.

Evidently Mediocre Morton, the Sorry School Board, Twice Illegally Appointed Andy Armstrong, and Milly Mouthed Mychael Dickerson can no longer work their “magic” to cover up and dismiss the increasing violence at John Rolfe.

It is all being exposed because Rolfe’s teachers, parents, and students are tired of the abusers that would rather let children be in danger than to do whatever it takes to protect children.

Where are people like them going……to the hottest spot in hell, no doubt!

Henrico School Board Members Fighting Each Other????

Sources VERY, VERY, VERY close to the Henrico School Board have shared that the school board members are experiences some “internal conflict” since the first day that they set foot on the board!

Allegations include everything from female board members alleging that the white male board members are being sexists to older board member claiming mistreatment by the newer board members to the sole African-American board member being fearful and intimidated into voting with the majority for fear that he will be placed in political exile, to all of the board members being disgusted with the mess that Mediocre Morton’s ignorance, racism, and insecurity has gotten the district in.  A mess for which they have covered-up and will now be forced to clean up.  A board member was reportedly overheard saying that they regretted the day that they voted to keep Mediocre Morton on for another year.

Well, we knew it was coming.  One cannot have that many selfish, stupid, unqualified, unfocused, and ill-hearted people in one room and they NOT go at each other for themselves.

Hopefully, they will take each other out with the internal fighting so that Henrico’s children, families, and educators no longer have to deal with them.
