Allegations of Condom Wrappers Rampant and Illegal Drug Solicitation By A Teacher!?!

Several weeks ago, UGOTNERVE broke the story of how as a result of poor supervision, complete loss of control of the student population, and incompetent adults, students at Rolfe, who range in age from 11-16 years old, frequently visit Rolfe’s “SCREW CORNER.”

Well, reports by students, parents, and educators, are becoming increasingly worse.  We have been advised that condoms and condom wrappers are scattered throughout the school, in more than one “SCREW CORNER.”

Under Andy Armstrong’s laid back and uncaring leadership,  students are now bringing pillows and blankets to school; most likely for the purpose of “having easy access” when the “SCREW CORNER” is in use by others.

Students have reported that the trend of bringing pillows and blankets to school began with the eighth graders, who in turn, encouraged other students to do so.  Students are also reportedly dressing extremely inappropriately, violating the district dress code, so as to have “easy access” for acts of oral sex and, based on the reported number of condoms found in the school, much more!

Many parents and educators have voiced their concerns for months regarding the dress code violations, lack of supervision, and unsafe conditions at Rolfe Middle School.  Their concerns have fell on the deaf ears of Amstrong, Rokenbrod, Jordan, Morton, and Royal, who care nothing for the emotional, academic, or sexual health of our babies.

A female student shared that she is fearful of going to the bathroom due to the fact that there are male students, mostly eighth graders, that skip classes daily, and wait in the bathrooms or hallways for female students to “suck them off.”  She also shared that many of the students arrange to meet by sending text message to each other on phones that their teachers permit them to use in class.

Another student shared that her teacher never takes attendance in class, nor does she know when they fail to return from lunch, so it is easy for students to hide out for the afternoon going from hall to hall or empty resources rooms, or even bathroom stalls because no one misses them.

Another report shares an instance in which a teacher offered to get illegal drugs for another teacher if they wanted it.  The teacher, in question, is said to have access to the drugs and openly and unashamedly offered to get the drugs for another teacher.  Of course, this teacher will never be disciplined, suspended, or even recommended for dismissal for drug solicitation, due to the fact…..that’s right, you guessed it…they are WHITE!  Perhaps if they “plan” and “sent” three emails to Morton with the words “marijuana”, “confused”, and “you should be ashamed”,  in it during school hours, they would be suspended and dismissed.  All we can say is that Lucas’ case of discrimination regarding disciplinary actions is growing stronger and stronger by the day!

WHAT THA?????????  But Rolfe IS SAFE!?  Illegal drug solicitation and underage sex activities are not characteristics of a safe school, that is the last time that we checked.  Add these most recent allegations to the claims that a special educator came to work intoxicated, verbally abused a female staff member, threw a video tape at the head of a student with special needs, referred to a female student with special needs as a “black funky bitch” in front of other children, then threatened the life of another male teacher and NOTHING WAS DONE BY THIS PRINCIPAL, DIRECTOR, BOARD, DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES, OR SUPERINTENDENT?!?!!!

What is even worse is that if this were a West End school, the minute that a parent called down to central office to report SUSPECTED illegal drug or underaged sexual activity, something would be done immediately, but our kids are not “West End Kids.”  They are black and lower income, so, just like with the black adults, a double standard of care and duty exists for Morton, Armstrong, and the board members.  Not only is separate unequal, but separate is uncared for.

This makes us wonder, what has changed at Rolfe?  How has the present principal “done a good job” Mr. Montgomery when condoms are being found throughout the school?  A good job is measured by the success of children, not by the misconceptions and twisted realities of adults.

Some one from the Virginia Department of Education needs to intercede at Rolfe NOW before more acts of violence turn into acts of sexual violence.  While the board may not care about our children, they are obligated to “act like they care.”

ROLFE’S CHILDREN ARE NOT SAFE WHEN THEY ARE FREELY HAVING SEX AT SCHOOL DUE TO ADULTS WITHIN THE SCHOOLS NOT DOING THEIR JOBS IN SUPERVISING THEM!!!

KEEP UP THE NERVE AND KEEP SPEAKING OUT!
