Yes, I Do Have Nerve!

Yes, I do have nerve!  For those of you that mistake my boldness and passion for cruelty and harshness…..WHATEVA!   I have THE NERVE to demand and expect that we give the best to our children.   I have THE NERVE to tell you when you are not doing the right thing and I even have THE NERVE to hold you accountable. I have THE NERVE to make you honor your promises and to speak as your conscience. I have THE NERVE to risk all that I have and all that I am because I know that ultimately, I answer to God. I have THE NERVE to tell the truth even though it does not sound good, look good, taste good, feel good, or even smell good.  I have THE NERVE to put PEOPLE before position, power, and politics EVERYTIME! I have THE NERVE to believe that not only can EVERY child learn, but that EVERY child can be successful. I have THE NERVE to think that, as ONE PERSON, God has called and empowered me to change the world and I am going to do it! I have THE NERVE to NEVA’, NEVA’, NEVA’ take “NO!” for an answer! I have THE NERVE to walk in excellence and flow in grace. I have THE NERVE to “shut YOU down” if YOU kill the spirits of people, steal the joy and passions of others, and destroy the futures of our  children!I GOT NERVE!…I KNOW!   Yes, I DO HAVE NERVE!
